GROUP WELLNESS PROGRAMME

Group workouts promote team spirit, reduce conflicts and add elements of fun. Our Group Wellness programme includes various activities like aerobics, dance, Tai chi, yoga, kick boxing etc. The wide variety of activities keeps the participants’ interest levels high. No particular space is required as these can be conducted at any open space like a cafeteria, garden, terrace etc.

  • Every quarter new workout style can be introduced which keeps up the interest and motivation levels
  • Highly experienced and specialized instructors from specific field
  • Intensity of the workouts can be modified (high / medium / low) as per requirement and can be altered as and when necessary
  • Every two months, new activities can be introduced like freehand workout, aerobics, dance, power yoga etc.
